Permit Expediting
We utilize Florida's Private Provider Law (F.S. 553.791) to perform plan review and inspections outside the municipal queue — bypassing the backlog that stalls most permits for a year or longer. Most of our projects move from submittal to issued permit in 3–6 months. We handle the full cycle: pre-submittal review, private plan review coordination, comment response, and issuance.
